Schedule:Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience with UWAM (Oracle Utilities Work & Asset Management) preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Professional phone etiquette and office support experience

Job Duties:

• Track and maintain records using Excel spreadsheets
• File and organize vehicle inspection reports and related documentation
• Process invoices through the UWAM system
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries appropriately
• Make outbound calls as needed to support department operations
• Distribute incoming mail and correspondence
• Order and maintain office supplies inventory
• Process travel and training requests for employees
• Provide administrative and clerical support to department staff
• Maintain accurate records and assist with other office duties as assigned
