JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for a Head of US Speaker Bureau (Peer to Peer) Operations to join our Omnichannel & Stakeholder Engagement team based out of either Atlanta, GA or Raleigh, NC (hybrid 2 days/week onsite) About the role The Head of US Speaker Bureau (Peer to Peer) Operations provides senior leadership for the transformation, governance, and ongoing operation of UCB's Speaker Bureau program. The position ensures scalable, compliant, and efficient execution of peertopeer programs while sustaining strong controls, clear accountability, and continuous evolution in alignment with regulatory expectations and business needs. Who you'll work with This role will partner closely with various cross functional stakeholders including Compliance, Legal, Medical, and Commercial teams. It will also directly manager an internal Peer to Peer Operations Lead and oversee an outsourced Speaker Bureau supplier. What you'll do

This positions reasonably anticipated base salary range is $184,000 - $241,500. The actual salary offered will take into account related knowledge, skills, experience and location among other factors and may fall outside the expected range.
