As a result, a full-time position is available for a Technology Consultant! This opportunity is available in the following location: Dallas, TX.

Additionally, this position offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, requiring at least three days per week on-site at our office - an excellent opportunity to enjoy both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead project delivery activities by planning and directing daytoday work, coordinating team contributions, and ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
  • Lead meetings and manage project scope and fees, including identifying scope changes, supporting fee management and aligning team execution to contracted requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership and advisory support by acting as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one specialty area (e.g., security, cybersecurity, data science, enterprise resilience), guiding approach selection and reviewing technical outputs for accuracy and applicability.
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive risk assessments.
  • Manage and mature Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) processes, including defining control ownership, continuous monitoring, testing, automation, and reporting.
  • Provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies, remediation activities, and compliance requirements (e.g., PII, PCI DSS,NIST).
  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple IT, cybersecurity, and GRC projects concurrently, including planning, execution, resource coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Review security platforms (e.g., SIEM, GRC tools) to support assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities for clients.
  • Lead proposal development efforts for additional services by shaping approach and scope, drafting key sections and coordinating inputs.
  • Contribute to marketing and business development materials by providing technical content and project examples and support the development of marketing packages as requested.
  • Attend on-site project meetings as needed to support client engagement, project coordination, and field/project needs.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

A valid driver's license and approximately 25% travel will be required.

The successful candidate must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS/BIS, computer science, systems engineering, or other related field AND at least 4 years of relevant experience.

OR

  • If no degree, must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all the following:

  • 7 years or more of relevant experience in technology consulting.
  • Communicates confidently and professionally with clients, leads meetings, and serves as a primary point of contact for technical and projectrelated matters.
  • Analyzes complex information, evaluates risks and impacts, and develops sound recommendations that align technical solutions with client and project objectives.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge in at least one technology or security specialty area, and applies that expertise to guide project approach, review work products, and advise clients.
  • Manages scope, fees, and priorities for assigned projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and contractual requirements are met.
  • Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors.
