This position is responsible for performing routine cleaning, upkeep, and utility duties throughout the airport's parking and common areas. Principal Job Duties: Maintaining HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) Electrical inspections and light replacement Checking generators and power systems Preventive maintenance on equipment 800, 7400 (2) walk behinds, snow blowers Repairing walls, ceilings, fencing and floors Fixing doors, locks, and windows Painting and patching damaged areas Repairing walls, ceilings, and floors Fixing doors, locks, roofs and windows Painting and patching damaged areas Maintaining parking lots and garagesPot holes Snow removal, salting, and outdoor lightingStoring signs and barrels Ordering janitorial suppliesAble to lift 60 lbs Minor Landscaping Requirements: Previous janitorial, custodial, or general maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to read, write, and speak English Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must pass required background checks and airport security clearance processes Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
