Systems Engineer 2

If you enjoy figuring things out, improving how systems work, and digging into both cloud and onprem environments, this role gives you the space to do just that. As a Systems Engineer II, you'll take what you know and start owning it-handling daytoday infrastructure work independently while continuing to grow your skills across modern environments.

You won't be on an island here-you'll collaborate with a team that values problem-solving, continuous improvement, and getting things done the right way. This is a fully in-office role located in Green Bay, WI.

• Deploy, maintain, and support servers, storage, and cloud infrastructure
• Manage and maintain Azure environments (VMs, storage, networking)

• Administer virtualization platforms like VMware and HyperV

• Keep backup and recovery systems ready when they're needed most

• Configure and support Windows Server environments, including Remote Desktop Services

• Monitor and optimize storage platforms (SAN/NAS), performance, and capacity

• Manage identity, access, and core network services
• Jump in on support tickets and system alerts-troubleshooting and escalating when needed
• Keep documentation current so the team stays aligned
• Participate in an on-call rotation (we've all been there-team support matters)
• Collaborate on infrastructure and cloud projects that move the organization forward

• 2-4 years relevant experience
• Experience with server and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS)

• Hands-on Azure experience (compute, storage, networking)
• Experience with VMware and Hyper-V
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery
• Working knowledge of networking
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
