About The Role As a Demand Planner you are accountable for delivering a highquality, realistic unconstrained consensus demand forecast for assigned OEMs, enabling effective supply, inventory, and financial planning across HARMAN Automotive. The role owns the endtoend demand planning process, integrating customer, program, sales, and operational inputs into a single, reliable demand signal to support SCM execution, forecast accuracy, and customer service performance. Dependent on the position offered, other forms of compensation are also available, such as bonuses or commission.
