We are seeking experienced Production Mechanics to join our manufacturing team. This role is ideal for skilled trades professionals who take pride in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing high-speed production equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Position Overview

As a Production Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining the reliability and performance of our production presses and associated equipment. You'll work alongside a team of seasoned professionals to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and implement improvements that support production efficiency and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and operate production presses and auxiliary equipment

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues with minimal supervision

  • Partner with operations teams to quickly resolve equipment issues and improve performance

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment reliability and uptime

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Proven experience as a mechanic or maintenance technician in a manufacturing or industrial environment

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with production equipment

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical fundamentals

  • Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment

  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed
