We are seeking an Aftermarket (AM) Process Analyst to support our Business Modernization Program.

Moog is undertaking a major ERP transformation, referred to as the Business Modernization Program, that spans multiple functional areas across our global enterprise. As the Aftermarket (AM) Process Analyst, you will provide workstream support, contribute to process governance, and ensure high-quality documentation. You will operate within the Maintenance, Repair, & Overhaul (MRO) team and contribute across all transformation phases, including discovery, design, build, test, deploy, and post-go-live stabilization. A key objective of the program is the development of a scalable Global Template, adaptable to varying site sizes and operational complexities.

You will be required to demonstrate effective collaboration across Business Operating Groups, IT, and global site teams, supported by exceptional communication skills and can engage and influence stakeholders.

*You will have an onsite schedule at a Moog facility.

To qualify for the Aftermarket Process Analyst, here is what you will need to bring with you:

  • Typically, a bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent professional experience

  • Over (3) years of experience in MRO sales and/or services

  • Foundational knowledge of ERP systems and MRO processes is strongly preferred.

  • Advanced Experience in MRO environments, such as:

    • Understanding of Aerospace & Defense business operations is preferred

    • Repair operations and Contract/PO requirements

    • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

    • Field Service Locations (FSLs), depots, partnerships and/or repair stations

    • Parts management, including Asset Management and Trading processes

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills across multiple organizational levels with the ability to articulate organizational objectives to colleagues, stakeholders, and technical teams.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and IT).

  • High attention to detail with the ability to maintain a broader business perspective

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Willingness to support approximately 30% travel, both domestic and international.

As the Aftermarket Process Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

Business Process & Requirements Support

  • Identify, gather, document, and refine business requirements in collaboration with site-based Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

  • Translate requirements into comprehensive process documentation, value stream maps, and system blueprints

  • Consolidate site-specific requirements into a standardized global MRO template

Solution Design & Process Improvement

  • Identify, design, and implement MRO solutions within SAP S/4HANA aligned to business objectives

  • Develop end-to-end business processes across MRO, ERP, and integrated systems to drive operational efficiency

  • Support process improvement initiatives, validating and optimizing workflows for enhanced performance

Testing, Deployment & Readiness

  • Participate in unit, functional, and system integration testing for SAP and MRO applications, including operational technology components

  • Ensure system configurations align with documented business and site requirements

  • Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and deployment readiness activities in coordination with Business Adoption teams

  • Aid in go-live readiness and post-deployment stabilization activities

Data, Documentation & Training

  • Facilitate master data cleansing and preparation activities to ensure data integrity and consistency

  • Develop and maintain key documentation, including:

    • Process Definition Documents (PDDs)

    • Process flows (PFLs) and value stream maps

    • Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)

    • Test scripts and training materials (QRGs, simulations, presentations)

Collaboration & Agile Support

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and system integrators

  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment and progress

  • Execute Agile activities, including backlog management, user story development, and retrospectives

  • Define, monitor, and report on business KPIs and performance metrics

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $100,000.00-$125,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
