They will be a strategic partner to the business, a change manager, with a lens toward execution of a strategic plan designed to ensure consistency and strength of culture. They will ensure that complex change efforts move beyond ideas and communications into real, sustained adoption, shaping how leaders lead, how team members work, and how culture evolves. They will operate as an independent, trusted leader, building strong cross-functional relationships, identifying opportunities and risks, and driving change forward without relying on step-by-step direction. Success in this role requires confidence in leading with influence, building strong partnerships across functions and borders, and navigating ambiguity. This role does not own internal communications or learning; however, it ensures that communications, learning, leadership behaviors, and day-to-day practices and aligned and working together to drive real, lasting change.

What they will do:

  • Lead enterprise ownership culture enablement, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and culture that results in high quality, consistent leadership behavior and team member experience.
  • Translate our values and ownership culture tenets into practical, human-centered actions that drive understanding, trust, and adoption.
  • Partner with leaders to embed company values into everyday behaviors, ways of working, and leadership expectations, ensuring values are experienced, not just communicated.
  • Act as the connective tissue across initiatives, ensuring change efforts are coordinated, sequenced, and experienced as intentional rather than fragmented or reactive.
  • Equip senior leaders and people managers with the clarity, context, and tools needed to foster ownership culture.
  • Define adoption and effectiveness measures; gather feedback and data to continuously refine change strategies.
  • Operate with autonomy, setting direction, prioritizing work, and moving initiatives forward independently while keeping senior leaders informed.
  • Lead international integration efforts to ensure consistency in cultural alignment, team member experience, and values across global markets.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, culture transformation, or enterprise enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, ambiguous change initiatives, ideally involving People & Culture, or operating model transformation.
  • Strong ability to influence and lead through relationships rather than authority.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-evolving environments where strategy and solutions are still taking shape.
  • Practical, grounded approach with a strong understanding of how change impacts real people and day-to-day work.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
