Corporate & Securities Associate (M&A) - Winston-Salem

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience in M&A and corporate law.
• Demonstrated experience with:
• Corporate reorganizations and strategic transactions
• Corporate governance matters
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents for M&A transactions
• Conducting and managing due diligence processes
• Coordinating deal execution and closing logistics

• Collaborating with partners and cross-office teams on complex matters.
• Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple matters and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Candidate must be admitted to the North Carolina bar or eligible for admission.
