• Support assigned projects from creation to production under guidance
• Execute creative project tasks and contribute to developing flavor solutions
• Conduct basic tests and experiments, analyzing and correlating results
• Build understanding of functional ingredients, flavor materials, and applications
• Interpret consumer and sensory data to support development decisions
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Quality, Sales, Marketing)
• Provide technical support during plant trials, troubleshooting, and customer interactions
• Build knowledge of customer needs, category dynamics, and market trends

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in food, ingredient, or flavor industry
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of ingredient functionality and flavor performance
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow

• Exposure to regulatory frameworks (e.g., GRA and ingredient legislation)
• Familiarity with flavor or ingredient portfolio search tools
• Experience interpreting sensory or consumer research data
