This position is based in Philadelphia, PA, US and operates in an on-site model. Join a collaborative, safety-focused and high-performing manufacturing team committed to quality, precision and continuous improvement.

Where You'll Make a Difference

• Manufacture batches accurately and efficiently according to specifications
• Measure and weigh raw materials using floor scales, flow meters and related equipment
• Operate production equipment including spray dryers, mix tanks, pumps and associated systems
• Follow standardized operating procedures to ensure product quality and consistency
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements
• Identify and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and safety

What Makes You the Right Fit

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Availability to work weekends when required to meet production demands
• Basic computer literacy, including navigating systems and transactions
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling materials
• Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly
• Willingness and ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including a full-face respirator when needed
• Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping or receiving environments
• Experience using SAP (Enterprise Resource Planning system)
• Forklift certification or prior experience
