Visa will accept applications for this role until at least 06-16-2026Job Description Within Global Government Affairs (GA), Visa's Policy Advisory team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of digital payments. This role sits at the center of how policy insights are translated into action, supporting engagement across regions and business partners. In this role, you will help shape the future of digital payments by enabling the Policy Advisory function to deliver with impact, translating policy insights into scalable tools, content, and coordinated execution across regions and business partners. You will closely collaborate with the Global Government Affairs Strategy & Operations (S&O) team to deliver processes in support of global and regional priorities and ensure timely execution of team deliverables for the Policy Advisory vertical. The ideal candidate brings experience managing projects and operations within complex organizations, a passion for the intersection of payments and public policy, and a track record of success in fast-paced, matrixed environments. While some travel is expected, this is an internally focused role responsible for enabling the effectiveness and impact of the Policy Advisory function. The position reports to and partners closely with the Vice President and Head of Policy Advisory to support delivery of the team's priorities and overall execution. Key Responsibilities:

U.S. Applicants Only The estimated salary range for this positionis $131,600.00 to $ 210,300.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.Work Hours Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements This position requires travel 5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
