Description
Classification: Non-exempt The Maintenance Technician supports the Chief Engineer in installing, maintaining and repairing industrial laundry equipment and systems while providing day-to-day guidance to maintenance technicians. This role remains primarily hands-on and is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, while assisting in coordinating work, supporting training efforts, and helping ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies and procedures. This is a developmental role intended to build technical and operational readiness for advancement, without formal supervisory authority. This is a safety-sensitive position. You Will:

High School (required)
Experience
3 years maintenance experience in an industrial environ.; candidates with 2 years of experience may be considered with demonstrated advanced tech. proficiency and leadership capability.Applicable certis (e.g., boiler, electrical) may be required based on local regulations or facility needs. Strong working knowledge of mech., elect., hydraulic, pneumatic, and steam systems. Troubleshooting ability in both low voltage (0-48V) and higher voltage single and three-phase power systems (up to 480V). (preferred)
