Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Recruitment Coordinator.

In this role, The recruitment coordinator provides support to the Talent Acquisition team by facilitating the onboarding of candidates through the human resource employment process. The recruitment coordinator handles the pre-hire process for all external hires. This position is responsible forproviding support to human resources including, but not limited toperforming customer service functions, scheduling pre-employment paperwork, preparing correspondence for new employee files, meeting with candidates to discuss paperwork, record and file maintenance, updating documents into appropriate employee files, background checks, employee health scheduling, licensure verification, and assisting with internal and external job fairs. Supports Social Spaces at the campus to promote and recognize the teams and engage talent, will also share photos for social media placement.Utilizes independent judgement and may deviate from standard practices to accomplish goals. Assists with HRIS entry on new hires when necessary and other duties, as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pre-boarding tasks to includescheduling new hire visits, enter appointment into Epic and RedCarpet, coordinate visit with immigrationif necessary, initiate background check, verify education, SCR/SEL check, employment verifications, certification/license verification along with O.M.I.G., O.I.G., and SAM.
  • Onboarding tasks to includereview background check results, meet new hire for processing,scan/upload documents into RedCarpet, have completed files reviewed for compliance.
  • Assist new hires in completing employment paperwork, process badge, verify employment eligibility (I-9 documentation and maintains it is the current information) and other pertinent applicable on-boarding forms.
  • Accountable for the completion and accuracy of files.
  • Audit new hire folder for completion and provides sign-off.
  • Coordinates monthly Social Spaces road shows and participates in the road shows.
  • Prepares for and attends job fairs with the Talent Acquisition team.
  • Ensures timely and accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system for compliance (back up as needed).
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with partners to provide service excellence and expertise.
  • Greet incoming visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Answers telephone calls, takes and relays messages, and provides callers with routine factual information in accordance with policies.
  • Maintain supply of HR forms for employee use.
  • Locate, retrieve, and deliver materials from files as requested.
  • Prepares documentation, e.g., memos, emails, letters.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a High School Diploma or GED and three to five years (3-5) progressively more responsible related work experience in high volume, fast paced environment.
Professional interpersonal and customer-service skills and maintain high confidential information.
Must be flexible and able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Highly detail-oriented.
Must be proficient with MS Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Strong written and oral communication skills
Professional interpersonal skills
Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail up to 80% of work time
Basic analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with all staff members

The salary range for the role is $48,988.12 - $73,000 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
