The Sanmina facility in Austin, Texas provides precision machining and mechanical assembly services to customers. Precision machining capabilities include vertical milling, horizontal milling, and turning on a wide range of materials including aluminum, copper, composites, stainless titanium, and high alloy steel with a milling envelope of up to 60" x 50" x 40". The facility specializes in high-mix, low volume production and also offers subassembly, integration, New Product Introduction services, and clean room assembly. Job Purpose: Sanmina is seeking a highly motivated Program Administrator to join our Program Management team and serve as the operational backbone for our precision machining and complex mechanical assembly programs. In this role, you will help assist in managing the business relationship between assigned customer and our manufacturing facility to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded. You will be responsible for tracking project milestones, managing documentation, coordinating between cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production), and ensuring that high-tolerance, highly regulated manufacturing programs run smoothly from kickoff to final shipment.
