Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior press or manufacturing experience preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to follow work instructions and production schedules
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
• Steel-toed shoes and safety glasses required
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment

Job Duties:

• Set up and operate production equipment according to production schedules
• Follow packaging and work instructions using the Plex system
• Inspect products for quality and enter production data accurately
• Communicate equipment, tooling, and quality issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Return tools to designated storage locations after use
• Follow all PPE, safety, and quality procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned
