The role will manage supply of materials and supplies, equipment, and or services, as assigned. The Buyer ensures Cirtec Medical is adequately supplied at best-in-class service levels through supplier relationship management. The role is responsible for maintaining inventory levels through development of suppliers and maintenance of planning parameters. Key Responsibilities: Procure materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services in assigned categories Develop positive supplier relationships to support Cirtec Medical's mission Perform Request for Quotation (RFQ) and should-cost exercises to negotiate best-in-class Quality, Deliver and Cost Mitigate supply disruptions by ensuring a ready supply is available for assigned categories while achieving inventory goals Evaluate Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) outputs to determine efficient purchasing to optimize total cost of ownership Maintain accurate purchasing records and planning parameters in Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) systems Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Service, Planning, and Operations to meet new demands by successfully leveraging extended supply chains Drive supplier development based upon key performance indicators (KPI's) Complies with company, quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures Must Have: Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of, 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain, manufacturing, planning, purchasing, sourcing, or related disciplines Experience working in a manufacturing environment, preferably Contract Manufacturing Understanding of Materials Requirements Planning, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Advanced Planning systems and methodologies Knowledge of of procurement and inventory management strategies Proficient in office support applications such as Outlook, Excel, and messaging platforms Strong problem solving and collaboration skills, demonstrated through successful negotiations and positive outcomes Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English Shift/Schedule: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday to Friday Pay Range: $30 - $40/hour, depending on qualifications and experience Cirtec Medical Corporation considers for employment and hires qualified candidates without regard to age, race, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law.
