The M&R Operations Manager is responsible for the effective planning, execution and supervision of the duties associated with terminal M&R operations and staff. This includes ensuring efficient, safe and productive operations for your customers, area and union staff. This role is also responsible for the development and achievement of operational and financial goals and objectives. Quick Facts Compensation: $80,000 to $122,000, depending on experience in marine terminal operations Working hours: Full-time, salary, on-site Reports to: Director of M&R Industry: Marine Terminal Container Operations Job Functions: M&R (Maintenance & Repair) Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
