This position has an end date of 08/31/27 but may be renewable based upon availability of funding, work performance, and progress toward goals. JOB SUMMARY The Campus Behavioral Health Navigator supports access to behavioral health services for students and families by coordinating schoolbased and virtual care activities, facilitating tele behavioral health appointments, and navigating patients through intake, referral, and followup processes. This role serves as the primary nonclinical point of contact between the health system and participating schools, ensuring operational alignment, documentation accuracy, and compliance with HIPAA, program standards, and applicable school district policies. The Navigator works closely with behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, program leadership, school administrators, and families to reduce barriers to care, support engagement in virtual behavioral health services (e.g., TCHATT), and promote continuity of care.
