Overview
Plays a pivotal role within the AI Transformation Division, responsible for bringing VNS Health's AI strategy to life through execution and culture change. Acts as the engine room for our AI ways of working, leading cross-functional squads to move projects from ideation to scaled impact.This is not a traditional project management role; it requires a product mindset and a deep toolkit in Design Thinking to solve complex healthcare challenges. You will bridge the gap between our Enterprise AI Portfolio (managed by the AI Transformation Manager) and our overarching Operating Model (led by the AI Transformation Director), ensuring that AI is not just a tool we use, but a core component of how we work. What You Will Do:
Qualifications Education: Master's Degree MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field preferred Minimum 5 years in Product Management, Innovation Consulting, or leading complex cross-functional teams required Experience in healthcare or home health preferredProven track record of managing products through the full lifecycle-from MVP to scale required Certified or deeply experienced in Design Thinking methodologies required While not a developer role, you must have a strong grasp of Generative AI capabilities and how they can be applied to operational and clinical workflows required A "player-coach" who can dive into the details of a sprint while maintaining a strategic view of the project's impact Pay Range USD $93,400.00 - USD $116,800.00 /Yr.
