Are you someone who takes pride in doing hands-on work that matters? At GALLO, we craft some of the world's most beloved beverages - and we're looking for a curious, safety-minded team player to join us on the production floor. No two days look the same here, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of our cellar and bottling operations - learning the full beverage-making process from the ground up. You'll support tank and equipment cleaning, bulk ingredient receiving and shipping, batch blending, carbonation, and bottling line changeovers. You'll also work across truck and rail stations, interact with HMI technology, and use production systems like Winemanager and LIMS to keep things running smoothly. When challenges arise, you'll know when to loop in leadership and how to communicate clearly with your team.

Safety and quality aren't just checkboxes here - they're a way of life. You'll perform in-process and final quality control checks, maintain a clean and food-safe work environment, and follow GMP standards every step of the way. We also care deeply about sustainability, and you'll play an active role in supporting our conservation, energy efficiency, and recycling programs that drive real environmental impact.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate, plus one 1 year of beverage production or manufacturing experience.
• Required to learn and successfully pass skills demonstrations tests, earning a minimum of 5 skills in the Cellar area, within 24 months from hire. Required to maintain skills certified through regular, ongoing use.
• Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the scope of responsibilities for Cellar operations.
• Required to lift, roll, and carry up to 60 pounds.
• Required to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• May be required to work a rotating shift/schedule (e.g., day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10).
• Required to work weekends and overtime, as necessary.
• Required to wear a respirator, when necessary.
• Experience understanding and following written and verbal instructions.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting, and executing simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers.
• Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems.
• Required to comply with company GMP policies.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
