Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to keep our production equipment running safely and efficiently. In this role, you will troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and complete preventative maintenance on a variety of machinery across the facility.

Job Functions



  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment, including conveyors, motors, sensors, and lifting systems
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
  • Inspect equipment, identify wear or damage, and make necessary adjustments or repairs
  • Work with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Read and follow diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications to complete repairs
  • Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation
  • Fabricate and repair parts using shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, welding tools)
  • Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless and other metals
  • Support line changeovers and assist production teams when needed
  • Troubleshoot basic PLCs, VFDs, and control systems
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records in the system
  • Order and track parts and supplies as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout practices
  • Complete housekeeping tasks and secure equipment at the end of each shift


  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
  • 3+ years of maintenance experience, ideally in a manufacturing or food processing environment
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and boiler systems
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial equipment
  • Welding and fabrication skills (stainless steel experience preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team



Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable bending, crouching, standing, and walking for extended periods
Willingness to work assigned schedules and overtime as needed
Ability to follow safety rules and perform job duties safely
Must pass background check and drug screening
