Starting pay is $70k-$98k annually, based on experience.

Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for:

Provides the day-to-day supervision of Plant Operations maintenance staff. Engages with and coordinates the activities of contractors, vendors and other service providers. Assists the Department Manager in scheduling and performing all regulatory testing to maintain regulatory compliance.

Shift:

Day Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Weekend work required as needed

Minimum Education & Experience:



  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in facilities maintenance or applicable trade.
  • Previous supervisory experience required.
  • Experience in a hospital setting preferred.


Salary Range: Minimum 29.94/hour - Maximum 52.39/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
