The Office Clerk will work with the other departments to coordinate any transportation related issues to include but not limited to the following:




  • Make sure routes / trips depart on time
  • Coordinate invoices / paperwork / seals / trailer numbers on outgoing PO's for distribution centers
  • Put out daily paperwork for drivers
  • Print CFA load sheets
  • Keep all inbound paperwork / invoices neat and return copies to the front office
  • Record mileages / etc for DOT reporting
  • Monitor DOT hours / driver's location on Omnitrac's
  • Work with production to help monitor trays / pallets / trailers / equipment needed daily
  • Work with the freezer operators to coordinate the loading of reefers / PO's
  • Monitor transportation supplies gloves / seals / spill kits / camera's / first aid kits / etc and order when needed
  • Coordinate trailer movement to our offsite warehouse in Oxford Ma / offsite freezer Sturbridge Ma
  • Work with Ryder on any equipment issues / repairs
  • Attend driver safety meetings
  • Coordinate with the yardmen / dock what is needed daily for equipment
  • Enter data / information into computer daily
  • Work with the Transportation Manager on a daily basis

Offer Determination Guidelines:

The hourly range listed for this position is provided in accordance with applicable transparency laws and serves as a general guideline. However, it does not represent a guaranteed hourly offer. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, which may include but are not limited to relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, market data, and geographic location, including local cost of living. The final offer may vary outside the posted range based on these considerations.

40-45 hours weekly. Sat-Mon, Wed-Thurs, (off Tues and Fri). Hours are 3:00 am - 11:00am (Flexible). $20.00 - $24.00 per hour.
