Our clients Product and Design studio is seeking a Product Producer. This experienced producer will partner closely with Product, Design, Business, Engineering, and Marketing teams to organize, strategize, and guide projects that improve the customer experience with Music. The ideal candidate possesses outstanding program management skills and strong creative intuition to partner with Product Management and cross-functional teams, driving the strategic planning of features and the launch of projects and programs for the Music App.

Key Qualifications



  • 5+ years as Producer, Project Manager, or Program Manager in tech focused on media or digital entertainment products, with a background in user experience, product management, or creative operations - operations for Product teams is a plus.
  • Strategic intuition to foster synergies among teams and develop cross-product connections, coupled with the ability to operate on differing project timelines and evolve project plans to meet specific needs.
  • Deep familiarity with entertainment products and digital services, including the relationship between hardware, software, and services to create engaging customer experiences, and the aptitude for grasping complex concepts and quickly learning new technologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, facilitate complex discussions, and handle difficult situations with diplomacy, backed by outstanding oral and written communication skills, including experience presenting to a variety of audiences.
  • Objective approach to problem-solving to drive alignment in a debate-driven culture, combined with top-notch organizational and prioritization skills, an outstanding work ethic, and a discreet, trustworthy nature.


Description

As part of the Product Operations team, you'll support the Music Service in partnership with Product Management, Human Interface, Content Design, Engineering, Business, and Marketing teams to manage a portfolio of programs, delivering new capabilities and a roadmap of features. You'll drive process, workflow, and standards for the Product Management team, and play a central role in preparing product demos, executive reviews, and keynote materials. A central focus of this role is working across functional partner teams to make experiences integrated and magical for customers. You can run a tight ship, juggling numerous competing priorities and switching contexts, while advocating for exceptional user experience and ensuring the end product is delivered on time and meeting stakeholder expectations. When an opportunity arises to take action and move a project forward, you take the initiative to ensure the job gets done.

Core Responsibilities



  • Manage projects end-to-end.
  • Create and update project plans, including setting milestones and delivering on deadlines.
  • Track and communicate project milestones and scope changes.
  • Organize weekly team meetings, distribute updates, and close opens.
  • Manage large cross-functional project meetings and reviews.
  • Coordinate leadership reviews and demos.
  • Identify key players and ensure vital parties are included to move work forward.
  • Coordinate Product deliverables for go-to-market activities.
  • Communicate clearly in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Champion implementation of studio processes.
  • Plan and lead workshop sessions.


Education & Experience



  • BA/BS or equivalent experience.
