Schedule: Rotating Nights Shift Hours: 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM (with overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

As a Production Operator, you will...

  • Practice Safe work habits in accordance with OSHA, EPA guidelines, and Bostik specific EHS expectations
  • Follows written instructions and standard operating procedures to manufacture quality products.
  • Responsible for accurate batch sheet administration and retain sample collection.
  • Follow proper procedures for the handling, storage and transfer of hazardous material.
  • Operates all equipment within your respective department.
  • Assist as needed and when available in other areas in Manufacturing.

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to learn and participate in operatordriven inplant lab testing, preventive maintenance activities, shop floor problem solving, and 5S workplace organization (training provided).
  • Ability to work effectively with others in a teambased environment.
  • Basic problemsolving skills with the ability to follow standard procedures.
