The Client Program Manager leads all aspects of building our business and winning contracts to deliver environmental and infrastructure programs and services worldwide. TheProgramManagerhandles the day-to-day relationships with the client, manages the business and information reporting requirements, keeps abreast of upcoming work and positions for Weston to capture forthcoming work.Leadsthe capture and proposal effortswithproject execution teams.Key requirementsincludebuilding and maintaining relationships within the Air Force, Army, and Navy fuelsthat enable us to target and capture key contract opportunities. This includes leading and overseeing projectexecution to ensuredeliveryrequirements are metto the satisfaction of the client. Location: Remote Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree from an accredited school(STEM preferred)plusa minimum of10years' experience(Federal ProgramManagement; 7 years' environmental andinfrastructureprogram experience. Knowledge of AF/Army/Navyenvironmental and facilityprogramsExperience managing projects in remote and/or austere environments is desirable. Experience demonstrates a progressive increase in supervisory accountability and authorityforclient relationships, client accounts,projects, programs, people,andbudgets. Experience as a Project Manager orBusiness DevelopmentManager forDOD executing agencies deliveringenvironmental and infrastructureservicesat bothCONUS and OCONUSlocations. Professional Registration and/or Certificationsdesired (engineer, architect, or discipline related to construction). In lieu of Professional Registration, a master's degree from an accredited school in technical field such as engineering, architecture, construction management or other related field including a Master of Business Administration or Engineering Management. Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, standards, codes, and guidance. Expected Outcomes: Develops and maintains a strong client relationshipand grows the work we are doing in support of the key missions. Markets Weston capabilities to the client organization. Develops and writes proposals and presentations to clients withsupport fromothers. Understands Clients emerging needs and projects. Identifies, develops, and closes on new sales opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizations sales objectives. Responsible for the final quality and delivery of reports such as status reports, technical reports,and other reports required of the program. Keeps the client abreast of new developments and changes in the scope and/or timetable of the program. MaintainsWeston's reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standards is upheld by all program staff in dealing with clients, agencies, and subcontractors. Forecasts the client's needs and communicates those to the Company to ensure we are prepared to respond to them. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors. Salary Range: $132,256 - $175,225 - $218,196
