Load Builder/Forklift Operator

Location: Caldwell, ID Millwork

In this role, you'll play a critical part in ensuring customers receive the right materials safely and on time. If you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a team that values safety and excellence, we'd love to hear from you.

• Assemble and prepare customer orders for delivery and pick-up.
• Safely load and unload building materials onto trucks, trailers, and customer vehicles.
• Build balanced, secure loads to ensure safe transportation to job sites.
• Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment to move products throughout the yard.
• Verify materials against work orders and customer requests to ensure accuracy.
• Label, organize, and maintain inventory in designated storage areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service for customers.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor yard environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read work orders and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Dependable work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
