This role supports both Performance Management and Early Career programs and processes, with a balanced focus on administration, reporting, systems testing, program coordination, and continuous improvement. Under general supervision, you will help execute and enhance DAA's performance management activities, tools and resources, while also supporting Early Career operations and key programs. This includes coordinating timelines, managing communications, supporting onboarding and offboarding activities, assisting with summer programming and events, and helping deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across both performance and early talent initiatives. The typical pay rate for the position ranges from $ 31.73 - $52.29 per hour in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position(s) fall.
