| Minimum Experience/Education |
- At least 1-2 years of experience working with HR data, administrative processes, or data analysis, preferably in a human resources or operations environment.
- Experience using HR systems such as PeopleSoft, ServiceNow (HR Now), or timekeeping systems (e.g., WolfTime), along with proficiency in Excel or similar tools for data tracking and analysis
