This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how patients are identified, referred out, and ultimately treated - building the foundation for long-term growth in the cornea space.

Co-lead the strategy that expands keratoconus detection and referral activity through the optometric channel, owning market promotion and customer engagement. This role sits at the intersection of disease awareness, OD engagement, and commercialization - translating insights into scalable programs that grow screening, strengthen referral networks, and increase adoption of Epioxa within ophthalmic treatment sites.

How You'll Make an Impact



  • Own and execute the Optometric Detection Center strategy to expand keratoconus screening and referral pathways
  • Co-lead OD-focused positioning, messaging, and value propositions across disease awareness, detection, and interventional keratoconus
  • Build and deploy targeted campaigns and sales enablement tools (digital, print, and field) to engage optometrists to refer to their ophthalmology treatment center network.
  • Generate insights from market trends, customer feedback, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy
  • Partner with strategic communication function on OD KOL development and engagement through congresses, peer-to-peer programs, and podium presentations
  • Partner cross-functionally (Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical, Finance, Operations) to ensure aligned, effective execution
  • Manage external vendors and budgets to deliver high-quality, compliant marketing programs


What You Bring



  • 12+ years of experience, including medical device or pharma marketing within ophthalmology/eyecare
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA/MS) preferred
  • Strong product marketing and campaign execution experience with demonstrated impact
  • Deep understanding of the optometric landscape, referral dynamics, and OD engagement strategies
  • Established KOL relationships within the optometric community
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives
  • Highly self-directed with strong project management and execution capabilities
  • ~35% travel (optometric congresses, field engagement, KOL activities)
