As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Suwanee, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location as a Front Desk professional, serving as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and visitors. In this driving post, you will support access control, verify credentials, monitor front desk activity, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor processing, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or delivery information, issuing passes, and documenting arrivals and departures in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, drivers, employees, and/or emergency services as needed.
• Support daily front desk operations for a logistics and distribution location by answering phones, managing inquiries, receiving packages and/or deliveries, and reporting unusual activity or maintenance concerns through proper channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
