Outside Plant Compliance Technicians inspect, evaluate, and analyze aerial and underground facilities for compliance with applicable internal and external safety and regulatory standards. This role provides occasional repair guidance and suggestions, contribute to the entry and maintenance of an asset compliance management database systems and work with others to ensure compliance. OSP Compliance Technicians understand and apply Cox Communications construction standards, as well as applicable asset owner, state, and federal standards. They monitor and maintain inspections schedules and provide quality assurance of vendor performance on compliance repairs as directed. Compliance employees ensure that the COX network is built in a safe manner throughout the system and when working on correcting infractions that safety and cost reduction are key.

USD 32.07 - 48.13 per hour Compensation: Hourly pay rate is in the range of $32.07 - $48.13/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits: Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
