Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners with Hiring Managers and Human Resource Business Partners to proactively identify and address hiring needs across the organization. This role supports full-cycle recruitment for assigned business areas and plays a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent.



Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Supervisor, the Talent Acquisition Specialist manages recruiting activities from requisition intake through offer acceptance while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilities



  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, review job requirements, and support the development of job postings and recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct intake discussions to clarify role expectations, qualifications, and selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and internal talent pipelines.
  • Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates and conduct structured phone screenings.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure hiring managers are prepared with appropriate interview materials and candidate information.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support the offer process by coordinating offer details, approvals, and candidate communication.
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements, including collaborating with Safety and DOT in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the Applicant Tracking System and related HR systems.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and Affirmative Action requirements.
  • Support recruiting events including job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Promote RelaDyne's employer brand through professional candidate engagement and consistent communication.
  • In addition to the essential job functions described above, all associates will perform duties as requested by management.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities



  • Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and HR partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.


Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-5 years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruiting processes preferred.
  • HR or Talent Acquisition certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or Talent Acquisition specialty credential) a plus.
