Job Title: Business Lending Support Specialist Location: Pensacola, FL Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Hybrid: 3 Days a week onsite Role Summary: The Business Lending Support Specialist supports small business lending by handling inbound member calls and processing business loan and credit card applications. This role is focused on reducing member wait times, guiding members through online applications, and managing loan workflows from application through underwriting and closing. The position operates in a fastpaced, highvolume environment and requires strong time management, technology skills, and independent work habits. Key Responsibilities: * Handle 20+ inbound calls per day related to business credit cards and small business loans * Answer member questions and guide them through the online application process * Process business loan and credit card applications in accordance with laws, policies, and procedures * Review applications for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation * Notify members of application status and request additional information as needed * Forward completed applications to Underwriting for final review and approval * Monitor loan system queues, conditional approvals, and assigned weekly reports * Follow up with members to obtain documentation and support loan closing and disbursement * Check voicemail queues and escalate items needing lending officer followup * Identify and escalate potential fraud or account issues * Maintain daily activity logs and required system tracking MustHave Qualifications: * Customer service experience with frequent member interaction * Strong time management and organizational skills * Ability to work independently without micromanagement * Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong technical proficiency: able to work on dual screens and navigate multiple systems Preferred Experience: * Lending, banking, or financial services experience preferred but not required * Open to college graduates with strong communication skills and technical aptitude Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.
