What to Expect As an Associate Manager of Production, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Supervisors to drive operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure production goals are met. You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Material Flow, and Maintenance to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
