At Gallo, we're looking for aFinance Analystwho brings both analytical rigor and a collaborative spirit to help drive smart business decisions across our organization. In this role, you'll dig into financial data to uncover trends, support forecasting, and evaluate performance across manufacturing, sales, and operations. You'll partner closely with winery teams to research and resolve past due statements and invoices, ensure accounts are accurately maintained, and prepare journal entries that keep our month-end close running smoothly. Your work will directly inform how we budget, plan, and grow - making your contributions visible and impactful from day one. We're looking for someone who doesn't just report the numbers but askswhythey look the way they do. You'll identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes, present fresh ideas to leadership, and support cross-functional teams with the financial clarity they need to make confident decisions. From coding AP invoices to maintaining pricing and costing tables, you'll play a hands-on role in the financial health of the business.
