What You Will Do:



  • Support equipment coordination: Help prepare machines for rental and sales, including inspections, setup, and documentation.
  • Manage inspections: Complete inbound, outbound, and damage inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards.
  • Keep things organized: Maintain construction technology inventory and support overall equipment organization.
  • Partner with the sales team: Assist with locating equipment, supporting deals, and coordinating deliveries.

What You Will Need:



  • Strong organization: Ability to manage details, inventory, and multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Customer service mindset: A focus on supporting teams and delivering a positive experience.
  • Clear communication: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers.
  • Industry experience: Background in heavy equipment or a technical environment preferred.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
