We are currently seeking an exceptional Contract Implementation Integration Analyst.

The Contract Implementation Integration Analyst is accountable for administering and assisting with the planning, implementations, transitions and modifications of the organization's major contract customers in support of company policies, goals, and objectives; coordinating required equipment and inventory to designated locations; instructing on-site personnel in JIT policies and procedures ; as well as ensuring all activities are conducted in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business operations.

The Contract Implementation Integration Analyst will provide on-going support to all internal groups as well as customers to assist with program modifications and maintaining a smooth, efficient and successful customer experience, throughout the implementation and maintenance process.

About Role:

  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Incora products and LTA & JIT service solutions, and on-site and FSL policies and procedures
  • Administer and fulfil the implementation project, transition, and any on-going support activities of the company's new special customer contract inventory management projects
  • Follow and complete implementation plan tasks developed by the Implementations Project Manager
  • Organize resources for implementation process
  • Coordinate final phase operations, (including sites visits with the Project Completion Teams) with the Operations Manager to ensure plan fulfilment, and a smooth, efficient and successful customer experience
  • Assist in defining customer parts requirements by point-of-use, work Center and project
  • Map customer production floor, as needed
  • Create system data records
  • Assist in the design and installation of scanning and barcode label equipment at inventory locations
  • Assist in the training of on-site personnel; develop and maintain training manuals and conduct initial and on-going training efforts for customer and company personnel
  • Identify and coordinate process improvements to existing and new contract operations
  • Aid in the testing and deployment of process, hardware and software solutions applicable to contract operations
  • Direct day-to-day activities of implementation crews, as requested
  • Ensure all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
  • Work in concert with JIT Regional Customer Program Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day operations of existing customer contracts
  • Work in concert with CDF & FSL Warehouse Managers, as necessary, to assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations of existing contracts
  • Attend regularly scheduled and impromptu departmental meetings, and attend company-sponsored training or meetings, as required
  • Frequent Business Travel as needed to support projects.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain Management; or an equivelant of education and experience is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in JIT, VMI and/or 3PL environments
  • Demonstrated specialist knowledge of aerospace hardware products and JIT contract services
  • Demonstrated experience within an implementation process or teams; and working well with others
  • Demonstrated ability to train and/or lead others to competency.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Clear and accurate data entry and documentation skills
  • Strong follow-through and perseverance to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently and ethically with both internal and external customers
  • Ability to be detailed oriented and perform in-depth research, if required
  • Ability to be cross-trained in multiple critical areas of the department
  • Strong competency working with integrated data systems, Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and intermediate to advanced Word and Excel (i.e., spreadsheets, formulas, importing and exporting of files, as applicable) as required
  • Ability to travel, as required.
