Position Responsibilities: Reading Apprenticeship Essentials provides an introduction to the Reading Apprenticeship framework and its impact on student motivation and achievement, with an emphasis on participants' practicing Reading Apprenticeship routines in the classroom. Reading Apprenticeship Essentials professional learning is facilitated both in person and digitally. Online facilitators are responsible for guiding participants through the learning experience during synchronous video calls, responding thoughtfully and timely to participant posts in Canvas, sensing and responding to individual and group needs, and modeling best practices as an online facilitator.
