Jack Henry is undertaking a significant organizational transformation focused on our ERP/HCM systems. We are seeking a Strategic Program Manager to join our Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) to support this critical transformation. You will be the dedicated leader for the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. This role will work as part of the larger Oracle Fusion Transformation program management team and will be partnering with other program managers that are leading other aspects of the transformation (i.e. ERP).

This is a remote or hyrbid position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.

The salary range for this position is $107,700- $150,000 and will be determined based on location and experience level.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing dedicated leadership for the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and its supporting program workstreams.
  • Utilizing a deep, end-to-end understanding of major transformational efforts to anticipate and proactively avoid roadblocks.
  • Managing the program from initiation through delivery, guaranteeing on-time and on-budget delivery while mitigating execution risk.
  • Partnering closely with Senior IT Leadership, Line of Business Leadership, Executive Sponsors, peer Program Managers and the Corporate Program Management Office (CPMO) to plan and execute a unified plan for value delivery.
  • Organizing cross-functional activities and ensuring all inter-project/program interdependencies are identified, documented, tracked, and completed.
  • Providing mentorship, coaching, and support for other program and project managers.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in either program or project management.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% to attend meetings, trainings, and professional conferences.
  • Direct implementation experience with Oracle Fusion platforms, specifically Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Experience working in Agile, Predictive (Waterfall), and/or Hybrid project management environments.
  • Proven expertise and strategic foresight in leading major, full-lifecycle transformational programs.
  • Experience having "seen the end of the movie" on complex, large-scale multi-year enterprise transformations.
  • Strong communication skills - Must be capable of leading detailed technical planning sessions and presenting to all levels of Jack Henry's Senior Leadership.
  • Proactively Identify Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies. Develop KPI's to report on project workstream performance. Work with program leaders to develop mitigation and contingency plans to ensure program resilience amid changing priorities. Essentially ensure efficient utilization of time, cost, and capacity.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Skilled in technical domains, quick to learn new technologies and concepts, and expertise in building strong stakeholder partnerships.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
  • Advanced Agile experience and certifications (such as SAFe RTE, SPC, SSM, PMI-ACP, or CSM).
  • Experience using traditional (MS Project, Changepoint, Planview, others) and Agile (Azure DevOps, Jira) project management tools.
