Position Summary:
The Sr Program Manager FPO oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and strategic programs within Transformation. They are the enterprise integrator and execution catalyst for Transformation. This role supports the Full Potential agenda, translates from strategy into measurable business impact, while maintaining execution discipline and velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own endtoend delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring each program advances the enterprise Full Potential agenda.
- Translate enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
- Clarify and align program scope, transformation objectives, and expected outcomes with stakeholders to ensure every effort contributes to measurable business value.
- Facilitate seamless crossfunctional collaboration by driving visibility, alignment, and coordinated problemsolving across teams.
- Reprioritize resources and initiatives quickly to maximize value delivery.
- Lead highimpact working sessions with SMEs, stakeholders, and senior leaders to shape business cases, build program roadmaps, and resolve barriers to transformation progress.
- Drive disciplined, agile execution by identifying dependencies, tracking critical paths, and actively managing risks and mitigation plans.
- Escalate critical issues proactively to safeguard strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and transformation outcomes.
- Deliver clear, executiveready program reporting with insights on progress, risks, key decisions, and projected results.
- Identify risks early, diagnose root causes, and develop mitigation plans that preserve momentum toward Full Potential goals.
- Intervene to remove blockers, ensuring business continuity and alignment across workstreams.
- Guide teams through transformation impacts by fostering clarity, accountability, and shared ownership of outcomes.
- Lead and motivate the project teams from FPO perspective, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and resolving conflicts.
- Support project closures as needed, including delivering the project outcomes, evaluating the project performance, and capturing the project lessons learned.
- Ensure team's project quality and compliance with the organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Support in defining the project scope as needed, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Support in developing and maintaining project plans as needed that cover the project lifecycles, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Communicate and report the overall projects' status', progress, and performance to senior management and key stakeholders regularly and effectively.

Education and Work History:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, project management or other related discipline.
- Previous experience in Transformation efforts of major CPG organizations
- At least 8+ years of proven experience in managing complex and strategic projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Professional certification in project management, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile, and Change Management (PROSCI preferred).
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively.
- Ability to handle ambiguity, uncertainty, and change
