SUMMARY Mortenson is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support Vermilion Group. This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of financial results, insights, and strategic recommendations to Vermilion's leadership team. Core responsibilities include planning, budgeting, and forecasting, which serve as the foundation for providing high-impact decision support. This role operates in an environment with evolving priorities, imperfect information, and open-ended questions, requiring comfort making judgment calls and building solutions rather than relying on defined playbooks. The Finance Business Partner will act as a key liaison between the Vermilion team, its parent company (M. A. Mortenson Companies), and the broader Finance organization. This individual will play a critical role in driving financial performance and enabling strategic growth across the Vermilion portfolio. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The base pay range for this role is $118,600 - $178,000. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity.
