AboutOutpatient Clinics

CorewellHealth operates over three hundred outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over fortydifferent typesof primary care and specialty practices, whichallowthose who work in these clinics the opportunity to gain experience and explore various interests or to specialize in one area.

The Practice Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of two downtown Royal Oak primary care practices.

Scope of work

Responsible for the activities of team members within practice(s) and oversees the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction in collaboration with dyad partner. Trains team members and serve as a liaison between providers, team members, and directors in daily operations. Responsible for charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement, and practice staffing. Manages team member performance and development and ensures policy adherence.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area Required.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, management or other related area strongly Preferred.
  • Three (3) years recent relevant experience in healthcare, medical practice or related work Required.
  • One (1) year of recent and relevant supervisory or management experience Required.
