Apply Later Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges?
You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
You will join the Tech & AI Skills Learning team in a full-time role at the center of shaping how our internal McKinsey Technology Ecosystem (TE) builds and sustains world-class technical capability.
You will sit at the intersection of learning, technology, and AI-enabled transformation, with a mandate to design and deliver high-impact upskilling initiatives for engineers, data scientists, data engineers, product managers, designers, and other critical tech roles across TE. You will work directly with senior technology leaders and stakeholders to ensure our colleagues remain at the forefront of technology and AI.
You will own and execute priority learning initiatives end to end - from needs analysis and problem definition through design, development, deployment, and impact measurement.
This includes translating strategic skill priorities into practical, role-specific learning journeys. You will operate with a product mindset, taking full accountability for the success of your portfolio, including adoption, learner experience, and measurable capability outcomes. You will partner closely with senior technical leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to ensure learning is rigorous, relevant, and embedded into real work.
A critical dimension of your impact will be driving innovation in how we create and scale learning. As technology and AI evolve rapidly, you will leverage AI-enabled tools and modern learning approaches to accelerate content creation and improve quality. You will contribute to building modular, reusable learning assets and scalable delivery formats that enable just-in-time, in-workflow learning. You will continuously iterate based on data and feedback, ensuring learning solutions remain current, effective, and aligned with evolving technical needs.
You will combine strong ownership with hands-on execution. You will independently manage multiple workstreams, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to high-quality outcomes. You will collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders, contributing to a cohesive and forward-looking learning ecosystem. Your success will be defined by the tangible impact you deliver - enabling technologists to build critical skills faster, adopt new technologies, and apply AI-enabled ways of working in their day-to-day roles. You are someone who thrives in a high-performance environment, bringing a growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit to tackle meaningful challenges that have a real impact.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities to help you quickly broaden your expertise, grow into a well-rounded professional, and contribute to work that truly makes a difference.
