Compensation: $30.00-$40.00/Hour
Schedule: 40 Hours/Week 2 nd Shift

What You'll Do:
  • Assemble, modify, and bond high-precision components with tolerances as tight as *0.0005 inches
  • Read and analyze manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and CAD models to guide accurate assembly
  • Perform lapping processes to achieve flatness, parallelism, and angular precision
  • Diagnose assembly challenges and implement corrective actions to meet program targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide feedback to improve manufacturing processes and documentation
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of manufacturing Optical Mechanical experience.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Associate Degree
  • Familiarity with Geometric Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • Experience within a Class 100 (ISO 5) clean room.
  • Good computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to read drawings and/or schematics per industry specifications.
  • Strong hands-on and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with a variety of hand and test tools/equipment, including torque wrenches and multimeters.
  • Be able to read and understand instructions.
Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check.
  • Requires the ability to obtain an Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to lift and transport items up to 32 lbs.
