As an MRP Expeditor, you'll play a critical role in keeping production on track by ensuring materials are delivered, routed, and available when needed. You'll collaborate closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve shortages, track shipments, and maintain smooth material flow across the organization. This is a fast-paced, highly interactive role where communication and coordination are key.

What You'll Do:
  • Coordinate, route, and expedite materials to meet production schedules
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm delivery timelines, shipment status, and resolve discrepancies
  • Monitor incoming materials and ensure proper routing and timely receipt
  • Track material flow across departments using SAP and other systems
  • Escalate delays and partner with buyers and suppliers to implement recovery plans
  • Support urgent material needs and expedite inventory movement to minimize disruptions
  • Create and manage purchase orders, RMAs, and rework orders in SAP
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in materials coordination, supply chain, logistics, or MRP-related roles
  • 1+ years of experience using ERP systems such as SAP for tracking materials, purchase orders, or inventory
  • 2+ years of experience communicating with suppliers and cross-functional teams
What Sets You Apart:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong relationship management skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to prioritize urgent requests and resolve material shortages quickly
  • Experience handling RMAs, rework processes, or engineering change requests (ECRs)
Additional Information:
  • May require working in a fast-paced production or warehouse environment
  • Overtime may be required based on production demands
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed within facility guidelines
