Bruker Cellular Analysis, a subdivision of Bruker, is seeking a Manufacturing Production Technician. The Manufacturing Production Technician will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality inspections of the Company's consumables and products. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring on-time delivery of materials to customers.



Responsibilities

* Execute the day-to-day production of the Company's consumables to meet customer demand
* Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system or process excursions
* Perform complex, mechanical assembly and quality inspection of products according to established specifications
* Ensure the on-time delivery of high value, time-sensitive material to both vendors and customers
* Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
* Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

* Associate's degree with preference for a B.A. or B.S. degree in STEM discipline
* 2-10 years of experience working in a high-tech manufacturing setting either in a technician or production control capacity
* Experience operating within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
* Ability to run predefined recipes on CVD chambers, liquid handles, ovens, and imaging systems.
* Ability to inspect and disposition device surfaces, electrical continuity, and cosmetic damage.
* Early Career troubleshooting skills, including the ability to isolate and resolve component level failures
* The ability to use multi-meters, pipettes, scales, and other common use lab equipment. Ability to use small hand tools (tweezers), microscope, and maneuver small parts in assembly fixtures
* Able to wear PPE, which includes eye protection, masks, hair nets, gloves, ear buds and lab coats.
* Well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
* Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and interface positively with other team members and departments
* A passion for technology and a willingness to take ownership of results

At Bruker, base salary is part of our total compensation. The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is between $51,300 and $91,000 provides an opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base salary for the role will depend on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to education, training, experience, the geographic location of the successful candidate, skills, competencies, job-related knowledge and travel requirements for this position. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a performance-related incentive in addition to a full range of benefits including 401(k) with company match, an employee stock purchase plan, medical and dental plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program and paid time off including vacation, sick time and holidays, and more.
