Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation and contract managementskills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Purchase materials, components, equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.
• Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders based on production schedules and material requirements.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to shortages, quality concerns, or delayed shipments.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier data, and documentation in SAP.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with production, planning, engineering, and finance teams to support continuous improvementand cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.
